As a postgrad sport student, it is nice to branch out and talk to different types of people, which I have been able to do within the Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é LGBT+ community.
I have been trying to get involved in everything happening at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é and I think the LGBT+ community here has been really great for that. I’m not super involved with events etc., but I like knowing that I have a whole group of people that I can talk to and get support from if necessary.
Being gay isn’t a huge part of who I am, but I am proud of my identity and feel safe to express it here.
