This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Action’. The University has put together a programme of events for both staff and students to enjoy, with the aim of encouraging us all to take meaningful steps towards improving our own wellbeing and supporting others. Whether it’s reaching out for support, learning something new, or starting a conversation, every action counts.

More Than Sport

Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Sport are running 'More Than Sport' - a campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week, showcasing how wellbeing is built through everyday actions -checking in on a teammate, moving together, showing up for one another, and making time to connect. Hear from our Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é community as they share how small actions, meaningful support and everyday connections have shaped their journeys and supported their mental health.
