Ed completed his undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science at the University of Derby in 2021. Subsequently, he went on to complete his master’s at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é in strength and conditioning. His master’s project investigated the relationship between muscular peak power and rate of force development.

Research title: Whey protein and milk derivates for enhancing muscle performance of middle-aged and older exercisers/athletes
The aim of the research project is to investigate the effectiveness of milk fat globule membrane and related supplements in mitigating the age-related declines in neuromuscular function.
