Building on everything you’ve learned in Bronze and Silver, this cohort-based experience is designed to help you reflect deeply, connect meaningfully, and grow strategically. Through immersive workshops and shared learning, you’ll explore what it means to lead with authenticity, build trust, and drive positive change across the University.

Before enrolling, you will have completed both the Bronze and Silver Levels.

We’ll assign you to a cohort and ask you to confirm your commitment to all three programme dates.
