Hyrox Testing Package

Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Sport are proud to be offer Hyrox testing for Hyrox athletes looking to improve their race time and learn more about how best to train to maximise performance.

As HYROX grows in popularity, and with the Elite and Pro categories becoming increasingly competitive, Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é Sport offer a HYROX testing package.  Designed to help HYROX athletes understand more about how they should be training, and where they can improve their race strategy.  This data can be used by coaches and athletes to build a picture of an individual athlete, and help tailor training blocks for both the running aspect of the race, and the functional workouts.

Our Offers:

We have two offers available for clients, Silver and Gold. Both offers include Physiology and Strength & Conditioning testing, with lunch included at our Elite Athlete Hotel.  Gold has the added testing of Critical Power Assessment. 

Silver Offer

Full Physiology test, including:

  • Lactate Threshold
  • Running Economy
  • VO2max.

This testing uses state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to measure blood lactate, oxygen uptake and running economy to comprehensively profile running performance. 

Gym based strength diagnostic assessment, using our suite of Vald equipment. Our Force Plates and isometric testing equipment will be used to analyse:

  • Individual muscle strength
  • Lower body power
  • Running economy

The athlete will receive an in depth report, detailing exactly where their strengths and weaknesses lie in each of these categories.  

Gold Offer

Full Silver package with the addition of the below. 

Critical Power Assessments performed on:

  • Rowing Erg
  • Ski Erg.

The reports generated from this will allow comprehensive guidance on training and pacing for the Ski and Row Erg.  

The addition of this testing protocol extends the total time for the testing by 2-3 hours, depending on the level of the athlete.  

Gym-based S&C assessments for each Hyrox-specific station. This report gives athletes a comprehensive report, with a detailed profile of where their strengths and weaknesses lie on each Hyrox station.
